Orphan date February 2009 Formerly known as Centennial Park, Danny Cunniff Park was renamed, remodeled and dedicated in 1999 after the Park District of Highland Park, Illinois received the largest private donation ever from the family of Danny Cunniff. During Danny s brief but valiant battle with acute myeloid leukemia , which he ultimately succumbed to 37 days after his diagnosis, his parents, Tim Cunniff and Jill Cunniff were deeply touched by the outpouring of love and support they received from the community of Highland Park. Through the generosity of the Timothy Cunniff family, and a matching State grant, a renovation project was undertaken in 1999 to improve the Park s two existing soccer fields and add two new fields to the complex. Differential diagnosis Hypopyon can also be present in a corneal ulcer , particularly of fungal etiology like Aspergillus and Fusarium sp., Behcet s disease , endophthalmitis , and Uveitis panuveitis panophthalmitis . Hypopyon is also known as sterile pus , as it occurs due to the release of toxins and not by the actual invasion of pathogens. The organization makes grants to programs run by NGO s non governmental organizations already working in the country, such as CARE relief agency CARE , Women for Women International , and Arzu . These programs help Afghan widows become self sufficient through job skills training, literacy classes and small business development. The foundation was formed in 2003 by Susan Retik and Patti Quigley, two women who were widowed by the September 11th attacks . Both were pregnant at the time of their husbands deaths and became close friends in the aftermath of their tragedies. Inspired by the outpouring of support they had each received from friends, family and strangers, the two women decided to they wanted to help widows in Afghanistan rebuild their lives after decades of war and oppression. In May 2006, Retik and Quigley traveled to Kabul to meet the women they had been supporting in person. It is a rugged hill with widespread rock outcrops and cliffs and as a consequence it is not commonly climbed. It is best approached by footpath leaving the minor road that links Nantmor to Nant Gwynant but the final 0.5 Km has no marked paths and can be a challenge at all times of the year. The unusually craggy nature of the summit is due to the locally important geology. The Ordovician period in Snowdonia was characterised by numerous volcanic eruptions although the volcanic peaks themselves have long since been eroded away. However, the outpouring or larvas and ash provide good evidence of this activity and Yr Arddu is a particularly good location to see the record of Ordovician vulcanism. Abstract Impressionism is a type of abstract painting not to be confused with Abstract Expressionism , a similar but different movement where small brushstrokes build and structure large paintings. Small brushstrokes exhibit control of large areas, expressing the artist s emotion and focus on inner energy, and sometimes contemplation, creating expressive, lyrical and thoughtful qualities in the paintings. The brushstrokes are similar to those of Impressionists such as Monet and Post Impressionists such as van Gogh and Seurat , only tending toward Abstract Expressionism. While in the action painting style of Abstract Expressionism brushstrokes were often large and bold and paint was applied in a rapid outpouring of emotion and energy, the Abstract Impressionist s short and intense brushstrokes or non traditional application of paints and textures is done slowly and with purpose, using the passage of time as an asset and a technique.
