nofootnotes date February 2010 Ted Owens 1920 1987 was a man who supposedly had contacts with multi dimensional Extremely Advanced Beings called Space Intelligences. Mr. Owens suffered severe head injuries on several occasions as a youth. Despite these Mr. Owens developed a very high intelligence quotient , became a member of MENSA , and developed skill in several trades and talents. Fact date September 2007 Later in life Mr. Owens claimed to have been exposed to a UFO Unidentified Flying Object and to have started having conversations in his brain and mind with advanced beings called Space Intelligences or SI s. Mr. Owens described the SIs as invisible beings of pure energy, although he sometimes depicted them as insects. Mr. Owens claimed that SI s had caused his head injuries earlier in life so his brain could have effective two way communication with them and that he was the first person since Prophet Musa or Moses to have such a gift. Many people who met, investigated, and researched Ted Owens testified that he could predict and control lightning , hurricanes , tornado es, earthquakes and volcano es, through psychokinesis , although the objectivity of their investigations is called highly into question. Fact date September 2007 He was also, allegedly, adept at predicting and experiencing UFO phenomena. Wikify date December 2010 The Aztec, New Mexico UFO incident was a hoaxed flying saucer crash perpetrated against writer Frank Scully by oil conmen. FBI memo Like Scully s story, to an FBI memo, dated March 22, 1950, on the surface seems to confirm three flying saucer crashes in New Mexico. It states An investigator for the Air Forces stated that three so called flying saucers had been recovered in New Mexico. It then goes on to say that According to Mr. XXXXXX, informant, the saucers were found in New Mexico due to the fact that the Government had a very high powered radar set up in the area and it is believed the radar interferes with the controlling mechanism of the saucers. ref Copy of FBI memo, Good, Above Top Secret , 527 ref . However, skeptics suspect the unidentified informant was probably either Silas Newton or Leo GeBauer, who they say conned Scully, and likewise was telling stories to the Air Force and FBI.
