Special Adjudicator ex parte Ullah, also known as Doe v. Secretary of State for the Home Department 2004 UKHL 26 on appeal from 2002 EWCA Civ 1856 , was a legal case in the United Kingdom . This was a joint decision, meaning two cases were heard at the same time, so the case may be cited as either of the case titles. Decision This was a decision of the United Kingdom Judicial functions of the House of Lords Appellate Committee of the House of Lords , composed of Lord Bingham of Cornhill, Lord Steyn , Lord Walker of Gestingthorpe, Baroness Hale of Richmond and Lord Carswell . The decision was made on Thursday 17 June 2004. The issue in the case was whether a person can be deportation deported from the United Kingdom to a state where there are known human rights abuses, or refused Right of asylum asylum to the United Kingdom when the applicant is from such a state. The appellants in the cases, Mr Ullah and Miss Do, wished to rely on an Article of the European Convention on Human Rights other than Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights Article 3 no body shall be subjected to torture or inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment . The Appellants wished to rely on Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights Article 9 of the Convention , guaranteeing the right to freedom, thought and conscience. At first instance and in the Court of Appeal the Appellants submissions were rejected and it was held that deporting a person too a country which violated Article 9 will not amount to a violation of Article 3 of the Convention, and thus an applicant could be deported to the state in violation of Article 9. confusing date October 2009 In computer graphics , marching triangles is a technique for reconstructing two dimensional surface geometry from an unstructured point cloud . Point clouds are typically generated from 3D laser scanning of real world objects. In the past, accurate reconstruction methods employed Delaunay triangulation s. However, newer techniques such as Marching Triangles and Ball Pivoting employ a moving boundary front to reconstruct point cloud surfaces. Such techniques are generally more efficient than Delaunay triangulation and may provide similar accuracy in reconstruction. ref A. Hilton, AJ Stoddart, et al. italic title Unreferenced date April 2007 Right On is an United States American teen magazine . It is published by Dorchester Media in New York City , and it was a sister publication of Tiger Beat . The magazine was born in 1971, out of necessity to have a teen idol type of magazine for African American teens in the United States. Like Tiger Beat does with White American and Hispanic celebrities, Right On covers everything and everyone who is African American and involved in the entertainment business. It also offers female readers make up tips, and has a pen pals section as well. During its early years, Right On focused primarily on the lives and careers of The Jackson 5 , as well as Motown labelmates The Temptations and Diana Ross . In the 1980s Right On was very instrumental in the popularity of R&B teen group New Edition .
