    South East England Councils SEEC is an association of council leaders form the South East England region of England . It was established following the abilition of the South East England Regional Assembly in March 2009. Partnership Board The South East England Partnership Board SEEPB is an body made up of representatives from the South East England Development Agency and South East England Councils. It was responsible for commissioning, signing off and delivering the Regional Strategy for the South East England region of the United Kingdom . The Strategy will bring together the South East Plan and the Regional Economic Strategy.
