For the Henri Estienne, printer, son of Robert Estienne and grandson of this Henri Estienne Henri Estienne Henri Estienne , also known as Henricus Stephanus , was a 16th century Paris ian printing printer . He was born in Paris in 1470 and began as a bookseller in Paris from 1502 to 1520, though his father was not in favour of this enterprise. He began to print probably in 1505. In this year he issued the Abr g de l Arithm tique of Boethius , the first work he is known to have printed. He was on friendly terms with some of the most learned men of the day, Guillaume Bud , Guillaume Bri onnet , and Jacobus Faber Stapulensis , and had among his proof readers Beatus Rhenanus . Henri was careful not to issue books containing printing errors. If errors were discovered too late he issued errata sheets, a practice unknown to his contemporaries. He died at Paris Citation needed date November 2009 , not at Lyon , as has been stated by many writers. The date is thought to be 24 July 1520 but is hardly likely to match exactly the date of his last printed book. Originally from Rouen in France , Ocharte came to the City of Mexico in New Spain around 1549. He married Maria de Figueroa, the daughter of printer Juan Pablos , and in 1563 took over the operation of Pablos s printing press press . It features a set range of characters and acts repeated on all pieces. This kind of theatre represents a dualism between the wicked dressed in red, called t rkak or satanak , literally the Turkish or the Demons and the righteous blue outfit, called kiristiak , the Christians . On every new creation, a different story is staged, where verses are recited in Zuberoan Basque by the players following a pre established stance and steps on the scene. Singing and dance play an important role too, the performance actually culminating with a choral staging where the collective spirit is voiced. The development of the story is supported by a brass band and or the xirula and the psalterium ttun ttun . Unlike the other traditional theatrical event of Soule, the Maskarada carnival of Soule maskarada , the pastoral is not a comedy but a tragedy, revolving around a main character, a hero of historical significance, linked to the region or the Basque Country, while prior to the second half of the XX sup th sup century the characters portrayed were religious or French national icons. Back then women were banned from playing in the pastoral s too, with female roles being performed by men. During the revival of the event in the decades following World Word II, this rule was overturned and currently women take part normally in the plays.
