Perkiomen Valley Academy Day Treatment Program, Incorporated PVA is one of several individual treatment and alternative educational centers for adolescents in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania . The program serves twelve to eighteen year old students from the eight school districts located in western Montgomery County.
