He was one half of the team responsible for the seminal and hugely successful London night Club Montepulciano , Citation needed date October 2010 which ran for over 11 years to great critical acclaim and was described by London s Time Out company as in 2004 as one of the things you must do before you can call yourself a real Londoner . He pioneered the UK Lounge music scene, setting up the label Club Montepulciano Recordings, through which he released a series of influential compilations Bongo Beach 1 and 2, Showgirls and Sugardaddies together with Lemon s debut album, a string of sold out 7 singles and EPs, and the work of various other Lounge artists. Lemon D , also known as Lemonde real name Kevin King , as evidenced by his profile at http www.rolldabeats.com artist lemon d rolldabeats is a music producer from South London . He set up Valve Recordings in partnership with long term collaborator Dillinja , with whom he also designed and built the Valve Sound System. It is the only sound system purpose built for drum and bass and general dance music.
