Early in the development of the collective they met Sara Kagan , and the three became the founding members. Together with the help of various artists they established the artist collective. The collective operates two working artist studios East West Studios in south Berkeley, California and an art classroom and a gallery Firehouse North in the gourmet ghetto of north Berkeley.
