    F.L.Y. was a Latvia n band, created with purpose to participate in Eurovision Song Contest . At a party following the national finals of the Eurovision Song Contest 2002 , M rti Freimanis came up with an idea for the following year s contest. In the autumn of 2002, during a golf tournament hosted by Latvijas Telev zija , M rti Freimanis , Lauris Reiniks and Yana Kay , started discussing such a co operative venture and so the trio F.L.Y. was born. Their song Hello From Mars was written by M rti Freimanis and Lauris Reiniks and recorded soon afterwards. Each member of F.L.Y. has his her own musical career. Yana Kay and Lauris Reiniks were solo artists and have each released an album, whilst M rti Freimanis was the lead singer of the band Tumsa , which has three albums to its credit. Yana Kay, Lauris Reiniks and M rti Freimanis have all participated separately in the national finals of the Eurovision Song Contest preliminaries, but their big break the chance to represent Latvia at the Eurovision international finals came in year 2003, when they participated as a group. It is based upon a novel of the same name by Japanese author Kazuki Kaneshiro Kaneshiro Kazuki , where the Japanese version of the book was made into a Cinema of Japan Japanese film in 2005 in film 2005 . Synopsis Directed by Choi Jong Tae , the film revolves around Chang Ka Pil played by Lee Moon Sik in his 40s, who leads an ordinary life with his adorable wife and their 17 year old daughter, Dami played by Kim So Eun . He faces a crisis when his daughter is sexually assaulted by a high school boxing star from a rich, well connected family and he finds no help from the school or police authorities. To prove that he is not a coward and will do anything for his family, he decides to take revenge and physically beat up his daughter s tormentor. For the seemingly impossible task, he asks Go Seung Suk by Lee Jun Ki , a rebellious high school student with talent for fighting, to train him.
