The anti RhE antibody can be naturally occurring, or arise following immune system immune sensitization after a blood transfusion or pregnancy. The anti RhE antibody is quite common especially in the Rhesus genotype CDe CDe it can occasionally cause mild jaundice in the neonate, but it never causes severe haemolytic disease of the newborn . It can occur with other antibodies, usually the anti Rhc antibody, which can cause a severe hemolytic disease. References Antenatal & neonatal screening second edition . Infobox disease Name HDN due to anti Rhc alloimmunization ICD10 ICD10 P 55 8 p 50 ICD9 ICD9 773.2 Hemolytic disease of the newborn anti Rhc can range from a mild to a severe disease. It is the third most common cause of severe HDN. Rh disease is the most common and hemolytic disease of the newborn anti Kell is the second most common cause of severe HDN. It occurs more commonly in women who are Rh D negative. Causes A Rhc negative mother can become sensitised by red blood cell RBC Rhc antigens by her first pregnancy with a Rhc positive fetus. The mother can make IgG anti Rhc antibodies , which are able to pass through the placenta and enter the fetal circulation. If the fetus is Rhc positive alloimmune hemolysis can occur leading to HDN. This is similar as for Rh disease , which is usually caused when a RhD negative mother is sensitised by her first pregnancy with a RhD positive fetus. Sensitization to Rhc antigens can also be caused by blood transfusion. Prevention It has been suggested that women of child bearing age or young girls should not be given a Blood transfusion transfusion with Rhc positive blood or Kell sub 1 sub positive blood for similar reasons . Causes Newborns are relatively vitamin K deficient for a variety of reasons. They have low vitamin K stores at birth, vitamin K passes the placenta poorly, the levels of vitamin K in breast milk are low and the gut flora has not yet been developed vitamin K is normally produced by bacteria in the intestines . 1. Abo Call

Unreferenced date January 2011 Abo Call was the first Australian Aborigine Aboriginal focused publication printed in Australia . There were a total of six issues, all published in 1938. It was written by and edited by Jack Patten and featured news gathered by Patten on his travels through Eastern Australia, and from correspondents nation wide. The newspaper s tagline was The Voice of the Aborigines . William Ferguson Australian Aboriginal leader William Ferguson who co founded the Aborigines Progressive Association with Patten, was opposed to the publication of the Abo Call on the grounds that he believed it was a mouthpiece for its right wing financial backers P. R. Stephensen and J. B. Miles. Ferguson also considered the newspaper s title to be insulting towards Aborigines. Abo is an offensive term, certainly in contemporary Australian use at least. Inline article date October 2009 Image Lin Spit Newborn R.I.P. .jpg thumb Lin Spit Newborn in 1993. Lin Newborn May 7, 1974 July 4, 1998 was an African American anti racist skinhead who had spent much of his adult life campaigning against racism . A native of Pomona, CA , he lived in Las Vegas, Nevada where he was a member of the Las Vegas Unity Skins and sung in the band Life of Lies, which ended around 1996. Lin was looked up to by many of his friends and family as someone who would take the shirt off his back to help anyone. On July 4, 1998, White supremacy white supremacists murdered Newborn at the age of 24 along with his friend, Daniel Shersty . On July 6, 1998, Newborn s body was found three miles west of U.S. Highway 95 near Rome Boulevard, within 150 yards of Shersty s body. Police state that the victims were lured by two women, under the pretext of attending a party. Newborn and Shersty were taken to a northwest part of the valley, where they were beaten and possibly tortured before being shot to death. Police speculate that Newborn may have been trying to escape when he was killed. John Polar Bear Butler then 26 , a known Neo Nazism neo Nazi , was convicted of the murders and sentenced to death. He was allegedly the leader of a group called the Independent Nazi Skins. After appealing, Butler s death sentence was vacated and he was given four life terms without parole.
