    Unreferenced date December 2007 Harmonica is a comic book character that appeared in the Malibu Comics Ultraverse series The Solution comics The Solution . ref The Solution 3 November 1993 ref Little was known about the man known as Harmonica, except that he was enacting a vendetta against Darkur Ultraverse comics the Darkur , a race of shape changing warriors from the Godwheel . Whatever the reason, he consistently eradicated any Darkurian he encountered. Outrage comics Outrage of The Solution comics the Solution met him years ago and barely escaped with his life. Upon their second meeting, though they fought, Harmonica was surprised that Outrage tried to talk him out of fighting. No other Darkurian had ever tried. Harmonica next appeared on the Wold, a land on the Godwheel, to destroy an alien weapon, the Vorlexx. The Solution possessed the device and intended to use it to rescue Shadowmage comics Shadowmage from The Vyr Ultraverse comics the Vyr , a powerful group of evil sorcerers. Harmonica teamed up with the Solution, and soon they found themselves between the Darkurian and Aerwa Ultraverse comics Aerwna elf like enemies of the Darkur armies, both of whom were seeking the Vorlexx as well. The group managed to teleport themselves away into the enclave of the Vyr, where they proved to be nothing more than annoyances to the sorcerers. The Solution managed to rescue Shadowmage, but lost the Vorlexx. Facing the might of the Vyr, Harmonica and the Solution escaped to earth through a teleportational breach that Harmonica created. Harmonica parted ways with the Solution, leaving them in New York.     The Concerto for Harmonica and Orchestra , Opus 46, is a concerto featuring a harmonica soloist, composed by the English musician Malcolm Arnold . The piece was composed in 1954 for the American harmonica virtuoso Larry Adler , and was premiered on August 14, 1954 at the Royal Albert Hall , with accompaniment by the BBC Symphony Orchestra . The concerto has a duration of nine minutes and was one of the first of a number of serious pieces composed for the harmonica after the Second World War in addition to works by Darius Milhaud , Ralph Vaughan Williams , and Heitor Villa Lobos .
