Princess Doe is the name given to an unidentified homicide victim found in Blairstown, New Jersey Blairstown , New Jersey , United States . The body was a young white female between the ages of 14 and 18. Her face had been bludgeoned beyond recognition. The approximate height of the victim was 5 2 and her weight was 110 lbs. The body was discovered at the Cedar Ridge Cemetery in Blairstown early on the morning of Thursday, July 15, 1982. As of October 2009, Princess Doe still remains unidentified. No arrests were ever made in the case. The Warren County, New Jersey Warren County Prosecutors office is the law enforcement agency investigating the case and still considers the case active. The body was buried in the Cedar Ridge Cemetery, not far from where she was discovered, in January 1983. The remains of Princess Doe were exhumed in 1999 so that samples could be collected for DNA testing and the body was re buried in the same grave. Brian James Doe 26 January 1862 16 April 1941 was an Australia n politician. Doe was born in Portland, Victoria , and educated at Warrnambool, Victoria Warrnambool and moved to Mount Gambier, South Australia when he was eleven. He worked as a blacksmith and a railway porter at Port Broughton, South Australia Port Broughton from 1888 until 1899. He married Hannah Fairbank in about 1887 and they had four daughters and two sons. He moved to Broken Hill, New South Wales in about 1906 and worked as an estate agent. Doe was councillor on City of Broken Hill Broken Hill council from 1906 until 1911. He was a member of the Australian Labour Party do not change spelling, it is correct in historical context , but was expelled in 1916 for supporting conscription. In 1917, he was elected as a Nationalist Party of Australia Nationalist to the seat of Electoral district of Murray Darling Murray in the New South Wales Legislative Assembly . With the absorption of Murray into the multi member electorate of electoral district of Sturt New South Wales Sturt in 1920, he became one of its members and held his seat until 1927. He simultaneously served as mayor of Ermington Rydalmere in Sydney from 1917 to 1919.
