Heroes of the Resistance was a set of Commemorative stamp stamps issued from 1957 to 1961 by La Poste , commemorating 26 members of the French Resistance who died during the German occupation of France during World War II Occupation between 1940 and 1945 apart from Edmond Debeaumarch , who died in 1959 .
