Bron had been producing Uriah Heep band Uriah Heep for Vertigo Records near the end of that label s lifetime and he set up this new label for future Uriah Heep releases, along with Juicy Lucy band Juicy Lucy , Richard Barnes musician Richard Barnes and Colosseum band Colosseum . Others subsequent acts included Osibisa , Paladin band Paladin , Manfred Mann s Earth Band another Vertigo refugee , The Real Kids , Sally Oldfield , Mot rhead , The Damned band The Damned , Girlschool , Hawkwind and Bronz the band ref http bronz music.com ref . Original manufacturing and distribution was through Island Records , moving to EMI in 1977 and then onto Polydor Records in 1980. The label folded in financial difficulty in the mid 1980s with the catalogue being sold to Ray Richards Legacy Records . It was reported in early 2003 that Bron and Pete Brown had renewed an association that went back over many years. They realised that they still had one outstanding interest in common a love of music particularly British music...
