Tutt Charles L. Tutt II , his granthfather Charles L. Tutt Sr. Charles L. Tutt I was a notable miner. He had two brothers, William Thayer Tutt William Thayer , born 1912, and Russell Thayer, born July 27, 1913, as well as a sister, Josephine Thayer Tutt, born June 1, 1919. Biography Born in Chicago, Illinois he was educated at the University of Chicago and as Rhodes Scholarship Rhodes Scholar in University of Oxford Oxford . He was also educated at Heidelberg , Germany , and Grenoble , France . He held the position of professor of law at several State universities, also holding the position of Dean education dean of the College of Law at the University of North Dakota from 1912 to 1914.
