Luc Angers born March 1, 1959 in Saint Lambert, Quebec is a Quebec politician in Gatineau , Quebec . He is the councillor of the district of Les Promenades District in the Gatineau sector. Angers studied and received degrees at three different universities. He received a bachelor s degree in education at the University of Toronto and obtained a master s degree in that domain at the University of Ottawa . He also received a degree in health sciences at the Liberty University in Virginia . He would later become a teacher for 15 years in Ottawa and was part of the Commission Scolaire des Draveurs school board administration.
