Over the past few years, however, the most pressing issue for small businesses has been finding a single integrated solution that can manage their office. quote The problem is an architectural framework wasn t really laid out with a vision in mind to fill in the gaps with the appropriate technology. Therefore, instead of using separate software for Contact management system contact management , email management, Document management system document management , project collaboration, telephony , scan and more, they are now looking for a single solution that can manage these communication activities. To meet this demand, the software industry has begun creating such solutions, however, most of them only offer a subset of a fully integrated solution for a small medium business. To date, there have only been a few integrated solutions created that can actually perform all of these features and truly offer a single integrated solution. Essentially, the reason they are fully integrated and offer such rich feature sets is because they are originally designed for a large enterprise company and are then sold at the Small Medium Business level.
