   owen, awen, aghen, to have, own, have (to do), hence, owe,
   AS. [=a]gan to have; akin to G. eigen, a., own, Icel. eiga to
   have, Dan. eie, Sw. [aum]ga, Goth. ['a]igan, Skr. [imac][,c].
